Hello I am Tiffanie, and I am raising money to not only help Put closure to my brothers tragic death but also help children who have Neurology conditions who can not afford testing's due to no insurance. Forrest spent 18 of his 34 years at CHKD for many hospital stays and doctors visits, By buying the Memorial Garden Paver from CHKD ( Children's Hospital of King Daughters) it not only gets donated in Forrest's Name but the proceeds go to help children in need for medical care. The goal is $1200 for a small paver to be set in the garden with his name and dates then whatever is leftover will be donated to the Neurology Department as well in his memory. $1000 for the paver and $200 for the neurology Dept. The Donations department said it takes about 2-3months to make the paver and his ceremony will be this June. So time is running short to make that deadline.
